Shipping policy

At Lumia Green, we aim to deliver your items as quickly and securely as possible. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping rates, processing times, and delivery frames.

1. Shipping Destinations & Costs

  • Shipping Region: United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times

All shipping estimates are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public/bank holidays).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT)
  • Handling / Processing Time: 1 – 3 business days (Mon – Fri)
  • Transit Time: 2 – 5 business days (Mon – Fri)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 8 business days (Mon – Fri)

Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking page link. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@lumiagreen.com.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing contact@lumiagreen.com. Once an order enters processing or has shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before completing checkout.

5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

  • Items Delivered but Not Received: If tracking indicates your parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property and with neighbours. If you are still unable to find it, contact the carrier to request proof of delivery and email us at contact@lumiagreen.com so we can assist with an investigation.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: If your item arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photo evidence (if applicable).
